Dear valued Exhibitor
Please find below the Exhibitor information for the 2018 Royal A&P Show New Zealand.  We are excited to advise that we are returning to a three-day Show, Wednesday Thursday and Friday.   
Staff changes – Sally Jackson has been appointed the new General Manager for the Hawke’s Bay A&P Society, Hillary Riches (some of you may know already) will be leading all the events for the Society assisted by Di Roadley and Kyla Holt.  Kyla will be your point of contact for bookings and information.  The team are focused this year to deliver a really good fun Royal A&P Show New Zealand. To do this we are going back to basics, our extensive marketing and entertainment plan will be based around traditional A&P values including but not limited to family fun day out, urban meets country, education, and animals.  
Cost’s – It’s not often that cost’s come down! we are pleased to announce that we have taken on board feed-back and reduced site fees across all sites as well as gate entry prices.  This we believe is twofold, less cost through the gate means more patronage and cheaper site costs means more exhibitors. Everyone wins!

2018 Terms & Conditions 

The Royal A&P Show New Zealand is the premier Agricultural Show in New Zealand, with more animals, more competition arenas but all your favourite features including quality shopping, Animal World, and Mahons Amusements. 
Come along with your family and friends and enjoy the incredible amount to see and do – a great value for money event for the whole family.

SHOW ENTRY

• Essential Information

  Public Entry into the Show is via:
  Gate 3 off Kenilworth Road
  Gate 5 off Karamu Road
  Gate 12 off Elwood Road - Thursday & Friday only
  All gates open at 8.30am, there is no entry after 4pm.

  Toilets
  There are several bathroom facilities available around the Show, in the Showgrounds permanent facilities or temporary facilities. Disabled toilets are located in the toilet block behind our Grandstand.
  Baby changing facilities are available in the YMCA tent beside the Exhibition Hall. 

  Lost Children 
  Please direct your children to use the YMCA tent beside the Exhibition Hall if they are lost. Our Show MC will make public announcements when they have lost children in the tent. 

• Parking

  There are plenty of free public car parks available at the Show. 
  

  • Main Public Car Parks are located off Bennett Road (Friday Only) or Kenilworth Road.
    
  • Member's Car Parking is available off Karamu Road.
    
  • Disability Car Park is located off Kenilworth Road, by Gate 2a. Trades Car Park is off Kenilworth Road Gate 1
    
  • Equestrian Competitors, entry off Elwood Road, Gate 7. 
    
  • Stock competitors, entry off Elwood Road, Gate 13. 

• EFTPOS

  ANZ EFTPOS container located at the Show behind the Grandstand. The container has three ATM machines.
  All public entry gates have EFTPOS. 

• Food and Drink

  Food options are available at the Show. You are more than welcome to bring along a picnic to enjoy with your family inside the Show or in the car park. No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the Show. 

• Royal A&P Show Features

  The Royal A&P Show New Zealand features more competitions including Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goats, Beef Cattle, Alpaca, Dog Trials, Home Industries, Shearing, Sheep and Fleece Wool competitions. 

  Three days of Equestrian competitions. 

  
  

• Travel and Accommodation

  Free Car Parking – There is plenty of free car parking available at the Royal A&P Show New Zealand. 

  Accommodation - There are plenty of motels located in close proximity to the Showgrounds on Karamu Road. 

  We recommend you Visit Hastings or Visit Napier website for more information. 

• Lost property

  Please visit our Show office, level 2 of the Grandstand during the Show if you lose items while at the Show. 

• Shopping

  With over 200 Exhibitor sites at this year's Royal A&P Show New Zealand so there really is something for everyone. 
  
  

  The Mall - indoor trade sites selling everything from balloons, to health products and kitchen utensils. 
  

  
  

  Bay Lifestyle -  the Bay Lifestyle marquee will be filled with high end products and services. 

  
  

  Lifestyle - the centre area of our Trades is filled with all sorts of goodies - clothing, jewellery, accessories, home and lifestyle products.
