Hawke's Bay Primary Sector Awards

The Napier Port Primary Sector Awards

The Napier Port Primary Sector Awards articulate the story of excellence within rural Hawke’s Bay and celebrate success, business innovation and growth. The winners represent a wide range of the primary sector who are making an immense contribution to the growth and success of the industry.

Organised by the Hawke’s Bay A & P Society, the Napier Port Primary Sector Awards are long established and contribute significantly to the primary industry across the region. This year marks the 50th year of the Silver Fern Farms Hawke’s Bay Farmer of the Year award and entrants across all categories have represented some of the finest and most innovative, industrious primary producers in the country and produce some of the highest quality food and fibre to be found anywhere in the world.

Entries for each award will open on Thursday 21 October and are a fantastic platform for entrants to work with a group of expert judges and business mentors. It is also the opportunity for those at the pinnacle of their operation to show what they are capable of achieving.
